Receptionist: Good morning, Oakwood Leisure Centre, this is Sam speaking. How can I help you today? Caller: Hi, I'd like some information about joining the centre. I saw an advert for family memberships. Receptionist: Of course, let's get some details. Could I take your name first, please? Caller: Yes, it's Marcus Whitfield. Receptionist: Could you spell your surname for me? Caller: Sure. W-H-I-T-F-I-E-L-D. Receptionist: Whitfield, lovely, thank you. And could I get a contact number in case we need to call you back? Caller: It's 07823 441905. Receptionist: Let me just check that back to you, 07823 441095? Caller: Almost, it ends in 905, not 095. So that's 07823 441905. Receptionist: Got it, 07823 441905. And what type of membership are you interested in? Caller: A family membership, that covers me, my partner and our two children, doesn't it? Receptionist: That's right, up to two adults and two children under sixteen. Is there a particular activity you're hoping to use most? Caller: Mainly swimming. The children are keen swimmers. Receptionist: Great, the family membership includes unlimited pool access. When would you like the membership to start? Caller: Ideally once the school term begins, so September would be perfect. Receptionist: September works well, we usually have space then. Now, there's a one-off joining fee of thirty-five pounds per family, and then a monthly fee after that. Caller: Okay, and how much is the monthly fee? Receptionist: For a family membership it's ninety-eight pounds a month, that's cheaper than paying for an individual and a child membership separately. Caller: That's fine, we'll go with that. Is there anything else I need to do now?
