Letting Agent: Yes, that one's still available. Could I take your name? Caller: It's Delgado. Ana Delgado. Letting Agent: Could you spell your surname for me? Caller: Sure, D-E-L-G-A-D-O. Letting Agent: Delgado, thank you. And a contact number? Caller: 07945 228130. Letting Agent: Let me just repeat that back, 07945 228130? Caller: That's right. Letting Agent: Perfect. So the property is on Mill Street, a two-bedroom first-floor flat. The rent is nine hundred and fifty pounds a month. Caller: And is that including bills? Letting Agent: No, bills are separate, I'm afraid. There's also a deposit required, that's one thousand one hundred pounds, held for the length of the tenancy. Caller: Okay, that's fine. When would it be available to move into? Letting Agent: The current tenants move out at the end of July, so it would be available from the first of August. Caller: That works well for me. Could I arrange a viewing? Letting Agent: Of course, we have a viewing slot on Thursday afternoon, if that suits? We also have a slot on Saturday morning, but Thursday tends to be quieter.
